Students who have access to the Internet are required to order texts on-line through the
Laurentian Bookstore.

Students who require admission or readmission to the University must complete the Admission/Readmission Form. To avoid delays, Admission applicants should complete the Registration Form, and preferably the Fees Invoice, and submit them with the Admission Form.

New students who have already registered but who wish to subsequently add, change or drop a course(s) must use WebAdvisor.

All returning students are required to register on-line through WebAdvisor. However, students who fall into any of the categories below cannot use WebAdvisor. They may use all other features on WebAdvisor. Simply follow Step One of the registration process

• students who have outstanding fees • students on a Letter of Permission
• students in a Master's program • applicants who have not been admitted or readmitted
• students registered at Hearst  students who have not passed their probationary
• students attending l'École des Sciences de
  l'éducation
• periodstudents registered in a collaborative program 
  with Laurentian

Checklist regarding Admission and Registration

To avoid delays, review the following items as they apply to your situation:

 Admission

educational background on admission form
letter outlining background
resume
high school and/or college transcripts
copy of your degree
$40 admission fee
$10 readmission fee

If you do not know what documentation is required, refer to the Admission section.

Registration

appropriate term and synonym number (for ex.  1459) if using WebAdvisor
or appropriate course number, section and term if using print form
your signature on the registration form if using print form
tuition fees
sponsorship letter with your package or in the Fees Office
application to OSAP by deadline date
no fees outstanding with the Fees Office
required texts have been ordered

The information gathered on our forms is collected under the authority of The Laurentian University of Sudbury Act, 1960.  The information is used for the academic and administrative purposes of the Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) including, but not limited to, maintaining records, academic advising and the administration of course material and exams. CCE will disclose your personal information to another Department or Unit within the University as necessary and appropriate and for the purposes outlined above.
