Human Resources Information System

The Human Resource Information System (HRIS) maintains employee and position history at Laurentian University. Individual employee history is tracked from hire to transfer, personal change, promotion/movement/salary change, absences, benefits, other appointments and upcoming events. Position history for budgeting and labour relation purposes for Job Evaluation is also tracked.
