The Board of Regents

Our Charter states that the government, management and control of our University, including its property, revenues, expenditures, business and affairs, is vested in our Board of Regents. The Board is responsible for the educational policy of the University and has all the powers necessary to perform its duties and achieve the objects and purposes of the University. The Board consists of up to twenty-five members including the President of the University, three full-time students, representatives from the six Northern Presbyteries of The United Church of Canada, one member from the alumni association, two faculty members, and twelve members appointed by the General Council of The United Church of Canada.
