Once the on-line application is completed, all documents listed below must be sent to:

This MUST includes:
1. a copy of your on-line application form;
2. Official transcripts from all postsecondary institutions at which the candidate has been enrolled (photocopies or faxed documents will not be accepted);
3. a curriculum vitae;
4. the form "Information about the candidate, achievements and projects";
5. three (3) letters of reference;
6. a "Letter of Intent" from a member of our program attesting his/her commitment to supervise your thesis research;
7. proof of language proficiency for non-Canadian applicants whose mother tongue is neither English nor French (if applicable).
Once all documentation is verified, the Office of Admission will forward it to the Program Director and the Selections Committee.
***It is recommended to contact the Program Director to discuss your project prior to completing the on-line application.
The deadline to submit an application for September admission is March 31st.
The deadline to submite an application for January admission is August 31st.
