The SPAD internship is a fourth year course (SPAD 4005) worth 6 credits. This course provides a practical and educational experience for SPAD students prior to their graduating year. These senior students are capable of accepting a great deal of responsibility. Interns are available to host organizations from May - December of each year. An internship placement must equate to a minimum four month work term or 560 hours (based on a 35 hour work week) but can be extended to eight months. High quality performance is ensured by constant interaction between the SPAD faculty and the host organization.
